Douglas is a veteran of the automation industry having spent over 20 years in the automotive and agriculture sectors. His real-world experience as a journeyman tradesman led to multiple engineering and operational management positions. A long-time innovator, he holds patents on automation products and has established a number of production methodologies that are now considered industry standards.

Aaron Michie,
V.P. Finance

Aaron brings to Osella over 20 years of varied and escalating accounting and finance responsibilities within the OEM and Tier 1 automotive industry in both Canada and the USA. His most recent positions in the automation and machine building industry were at the Controller and Vice President level. At Osella, he is responsible for all financial aspects and reporting. A graduate of the University of Windsor, he holds BComm and MBA degrees along with a Certified Management Accountant Designation from the USA.

Joel Glatter
Account Manager

Joel brings 20 years of diversified experience to the Osella team. An Honours graduate of the University of Windsor’s Accounting program, he also brings to each client project a significant background in injection molding and tooling for the automotive industry. Together, these skill sets uniquely position him to successfully manage and reliably deliver programs of every scale and complexity.
